George started out as a young kid in the kitchen who was learning from the best. Between perfecting his culinary skills in the kitchen with his mentors and catching an evening game of the Hartford Whalers in downtown Hartford, George would be spending his time experimenting with new recipes and ways to innovate the BBQ scene.

Our sauces, dressings and marinades are all made from scratch. Believe it or not, all our sauces start out as ketchup. We then add our secret ingredients to produce the tastiest BBQ sauces to be found!
